Coffee is renowned as one of the famous and most loved beverage in the world especially known for its ability to boost the energy levels early in the morning or when working late night.

Coffee consists of caffeine which increase the level of energy and fight back fatigue. One study showed that consumption of caffeine before and during golf reduced feelings of fatigue, increase performance and energy levels.

Surprisingly, some research depicts that coffee has the ability to support liver health especially in lowering the rate of liver cancer and scarring.

Experts suggests that two to three cups of coffee are the ideal number or consumption range if they want to gain the maximum amount of benefits. Not too much and not too little but moderate.
